Custom & Customized Products
Products that are custom-made, customized, altered, or specially designed according to customer requirements are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
This includes:

Exchange Policy for Ready-to-Wear Products
For non-customized stock products, exchanges may be accepted in the following cases:

Exchange Conditions:

Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact

Exchange is subject to product availability
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear images/videos of the issue for verification
Once approved:

A replacement product will be provided, OR

A full refund will be processed to the original payment method

Slight color variations due to screen resolution or lighting are not considered defects

If a customer cancels part of an order and the remaining value falls below the free shipping limit, shipping charges may apply

- Delivery timeline: 5–10 business days depending on location
Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping on orders above ₹2999
- ₹199 shipping charge for orders below ₹999 (non-refundable)

- Promo codes and offers are subject to specific terms
- Some products may not be eligible for discounts
- Only one offer or coupon can be used per order
- Expired coupons will not be extended
